Founded in 2007, out of a garage complex in Philadelphia, PA, by Jay Molina. Things began to get serious after teaming up with longtime friend and Master technician, Dave Teti.

Now headquartered in Pennsauken, NJ. Unit 12 services the tristate area for all your Toyota/Nissan/LSX performance and maintenance needs.

5 star review  I dropped my MK4 Supra off to Dave at Unit 12 Motoring and he performed the single turbo conversion on my car, and was very reasonable with his pricing and performed excellent, high quality work on my Supra. I drove the car home from the shop, and there was a puddle of coolant underneath of my car, due to a faulty cap (not Dave's fault in any way) and Dave came to my driveway within 20 minutes of me reaching out to him and resolved the issue with the car within 5 minutes. I will be a returning customer to have my 2JZ motor rebuilt, as well as a full fuel system on the car as well. Unit 12 Motoring is the only shop that I would ever let touch my Supra.

5 star review  Brought my supra in on 24 hour notice with a tight deadline to get the work done. Had the car diagnosed and parts ordered quickly. The shop is a hell of a place for any car person, could easily spend a few hours checking everything out. Dave is friendly, knows his shit, and worked on the car pretty late to make sure it was done for my deadline. Will definitely be using the shop again this winter. Very happy with the quality of work.

5 star review  Reached out to these guys about a clutch issue on my 05 Nissan 350z which ended up being a huge clutch job. The entire process was very straight forward and I got my car back in less than 48 hours. Being a first time customer I was very skeptical given the reputation of mechanics in general but these guys were as honest and straight forward as it gets. They fixed the car and now it drives better than it use to when I first got the car. Will definitely be a returning customer in the future
